Open Text Online
Open Text Online provides a range of resources for partners through the Open Text Online entry and information web portal, where you can get an overview of available resources.
The Open Text Online Communities, which you can join through an automated registration process, and gives you access to a community of users and useful documentation, including presentations from all recent Open Text Content World user conferences and regional meetings and electronic copies of the ECM Trilogy books.
Solutions Central
The Open Text Solutions Central, provides information of specific interest to partners. You will need a pre-assigned account. If you do not have an account, but your organization is an active partner, please request a member of your organization with a pre-existing account to complete the following online form or send us an email. There is no limit to the number of accounts your organization can have, but they must be formally requested.
The same credentials can be used to access other resources through the Open Text Online Support portal which provides entry in to the Knowledge Center and other resources for product documentation, patches, product-related discussions, etc and is available to designated staff of partners.
