Open Text User Experience Services provide a set of shared services for Open Text ECM Suite products that enable to content to be delivered to users in a range of interfaces, including Web-based, Microsoft Office/Windows desktop, portals (including Microsoft Office SharePoint Server), and mobile devices.

Open Text Enterprise Connect provides users with access to all their business content and processes from multiple sources (Open Text ECM Suite, Content Lifecycle Management; Open Text eDOCS; or Microsoft Office SharePoint Server) directly from Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Microsoft Windows Explorer, Microsoft Outlook, and browser-based interfaces.
Open Text Everywhere delivers content from the Open Text ECM Suite to mobile devices such as RIM BlackBerry, removing the constraints of enterprise boundaries and enabling businesses to enhance productivity, increase revenues, and maximize competitive advantage.
Open Text Portal enables you to create Web sites with rich content and applications, supporting personalized interactions with customers, employees, suppliers, and partners. It is uniquely able to serve internet sites that have high performance and scalability requirements in addition to classic intranet or business process portal implementations.
